Magic Mans Color Prints
Height
33.00 inches
(Perm)
AMHA #119086 / AMHR # 221889
Bay Frame Sabino Overo Pinto Stallion, with Blue Eyes. Homozygous for Black. Foaled 6/19/00.
  |
Prints is our senior herd sire. We brought him to our ranch as a weanling from
Missouri. Prints was our first frame overo stallion. We love his
refinement and elegance, and are proud to own this magnificent stallion. Prints
is a maximum white, bay frame
sabino overo pinto bred by Lisa Davis at LTD's Miniatures in Missouri. He
likely carries more than one sabino overo pinto gene.
As of 2010 he has produced 25 foals, of
which 18 were pintos, and several
other foals were likely carrying a sabino gene we can not test for at this time.
He has sired minimum to maximum frame overos, as well as sabino pintos. His
sire, LTD's Magic Man is also a frame sabino overo pinto. Magic Man has many
AMHR National Championships in driving, multi-color stallion, and halter. Magic
Man is also a 3 times AMHA National Champion in 2000 in Driving, and is a
multiple PTHA National Champion in Halter, Multi-Color Stallion, and Driving.
Prints has brought outstanding color as well as refinement into our breeding
program. He is homozygous for black and can never produce a red foal no matter
what mare he is bred to. His foals have been shipped both nationally and
internationally. Pacific Batik Prints and Pacific Casanova are now living at
Little Dobbin American Miniature Horse Farm, where they, as well as their
offspring, can currently be seen in the show ring in Australia.
Prints captured our heart as a foal even before he was weaned. He was shipped to
us right after weaning and has grown up on our ranch. He is one of our most beloved stallions,
and we always look forward to his foals.
Color Prints was tested at
UC Davis and found to be a Bay, Frame
(LWO) pinto, Homozygous for Black
(Prints can never sire a chestnut foal no matter what mare he is bred to). He
was also tested at the University of Kentucky and found to carry the Sabino
(SB1) gene. He has tested Negative for the Silver Gene at Animal Genetics.
He tested negative for the Splashed White gene
at UC Davis.
His pedigree includes: LTD's
Magic Man, TNT's Angel Baby, Shredder,
Samples Wendy, Pratt Little Nugget, Jobi Yasmin,
Sonrisa Hajel, Gypsy, Sample, Samples Sandy Blue Eyed Crescent, Jobi
Biet, Texas Bluebelle, RGR Crescent

Canterbury All That Jazz
Height - 33.25
(Perm)
AMHA # 151158, AMHR #248206A
Jet Black Homozygous Tobiano
Pinto Stallion Foaled 3/27/04.

|
Jazz is a
spectacular stallion that we discovered on an internet ad when he was only
two weeks old. Bred by Nancy and Don Richey of Canterbury Farm in
Mississippi, he arrived at Pacific Pintos just after he was weaned. He was
sired by the late Vermilyea Farms Renegade, a jet black homozygous tobiano
pinto stallion, and out of Bryland Farms Pocket Money, a chestnut tobiano
pinto mare. This stallion has received the refinement from both parents, and
the exquisite head and neck of his sire. Jazz will always produce tobiano
pinto foals no matter what mare he is bred to. This stallion demands
attention from all that see his dazzling "ink spots". We have never seen
another stallion that has as many variations of dots and markings as Jazz.
He is throwing these markings to his foals and we are thrilled to see them!
We enjoy watching his every move. He is like an art painting in motion. To
say we are looking forward to more of his foals is an understatement. We
have been watching this magnificent stallion since he was a foal, and it is
a pleasure to see what he is producing. Of course the test of a stallion is
if they are able to pass on to their foals qualities that they have. Jazz
has shown us that he is consistent in passing on both his color and
refinement. We are grateful to the Richey's for allowing Jazz to live at
Pacific Pintos.
Jazz was tested and was found to be homozygous for Tobiano (he will always
sire a tobiano pinto no matter what mare he is bred to). He tested negative
for the Splashed White gene at UC Davis.
His pedigree includes:
Vermilyea Farms Renegade, Bryland Farms Pocket Money, Bond Sir Galahad's
Legacy, NFCS Geta Light, Summers Mucho Dinero, Spring Valleys Pocohontas,

Pacific Mad
Hatter

Jet Black Frame Splashed White
Tobiano Tovero Pinto Stallion, with Blue Eyes. Foaled 5/16/04.

This
spectacular stallion is out of our beloved mare Las Doradas Tiffany's
Lace, a jet black tobiano pinto mare; and by Pacific Justin Time, our
outstanding black frame splashed white overo pinto stallion. His
pedigree includes some of the most recognized breeding farms in the
miniature horse industry; Van Los, Mylers, Bond, Johnstons, Shady Acres,
Sugar Creek, and Shadow Oaks to name just a few. He has an awesome body,
elegant movement, with a beautiful black medicine hat on his head, and
tiny muzzle. His small size, spectacular color pattern, and
ultra-refined Thoroughbred body are a wonderful sight to see. Combining
three pinto genes; the frame, splashed white, and the tobiano gene, he
is a fabulous combination of conformation and color. His first foals
were born in 2008 when Mad Hatter stepped up and took his sire's place
on our breeding farm. Mad Hatter has many of the traits of his sire
Justin including his easy going nature. Both the mares and foals adore
him. He is watchful of his mares and foals, but is unflappable and light
on the lead. We enjoy his fun loving nature. While many stallions get
heavy bodies, with thick necks as they age, Mad Hatter has maintained
his elegant body and long slender neck. He has the most flowing, light
trot, and an agile body.
He was tested at U.C. Davis and found
to carry the Frame (LWO),
Splashed White SW-1,
and the Tobiano gene.
His pedigree includes:
Pacific Justin Time, Las Doradas Tiffany's Lace, Sugar Creek Bolero, Van
Los Angel In Calico, Las Doradas BBS Freedom, Hidden Rivers Tiffany
Delight, Bond Commodore, Sugar Creek Golden Contessa, Van Los Paleface,

Nostalgias Dirty Money (aka "Monet")

/
AMHR
# 311395 A
Black Sabino Splashed
White
Overo Pinto Stallion, with Blue Eyes. Homozygous for Black. Foaled 6/6/07.

Monet
joined our stallion line up in 2009. After acquiring our first pure sabino
overo pinto stallion a few years ago, we were convinced that a sabino overo
pinto would play an intricate role in our breeding program. Alas, the first
pure sabino stallion we found was a
half-brother of our
frame overo pinto stallion "Prints", and we were only able to use him on a
limited amount of mares. Sabinos, that do not also carry the frame (LWO)
gene are difficult to find. We searched for several years to find the
perfect match for our beautiful frame overo pinto mares, and finally found
it in this stallion. Bred by Earlene and Thomas Roberts of Nostalgias Farm
in Kentucky," Monet" is a direct son of Nostalgias Show Me The Money (aka "Shamu").
This stallion has the refined body and elegant movement, combined with an
outstanding pedigree that we look for in our stallions. He has the most
wonderful floating trot. Like he is walking on air! His sire "Shamu" is an
AMHA National Champion Stallion, who has produced 17 AMHA World National
Grand Champions foals. Shamu is a black splashed white sabino (sb1) pinto
stallion. Monet's dam, Tuckers Voo Doo Magic, is a black sabino pinto mare.
Monet has been lab tested and is homozygous for black (He can never have a
red foal no matter what mare he is bred to). Our first foal crop in 2011
produced three spectacular, elegant pinto foals including a splashed white
overo filly. All three foals have excellent movement.
Monet carries both the splashed white overo pinto gene of his sire and the
sabino gene from his dam.
We wish to thank Earlene, Tom, and especially Natalie who was an enormous
help, for allowing us to purchase this fine stallion. His first foal crop
has shown us that he is the right man for the job! We look forward to many
more foals from him.
Monet was tested at Animal
Genetics and is Sabino (sb1) positive, Frame (LWO) negative, and is
Homozygous for Black (he can never have a red foal no matter what mare he is
bred to). He was tested at U.C.
Davis and found to carry the
Splashed White SW-1 gene.
His
pedigree includes: Nostalgias Show Me The Money, Tuckers Voo Doo Magic,
Cajun Rebel, Nostalgias Edith Ann, Tuckers Magic To Do, Tuckers Dakota
Prize, Cocoas Charlie Boy, Flying W Farms Orange Blossom, Kobecks Duffy,

Cross
Country Blue Moon
Height - 32.5 inches (Perm) AMHA # 186211 / AMHR # 290392T
Buckskin Homozygous Tobiano Stallion,
with Blue Eyes. Foaled 11/12/07.

|
We
have always adored blue-eyed buckskins. In 2008 we had the opportunity to
acquire a refined colt that would be a future herd sire and infuse some new
outside blood into our breeding program. We have admired the Cross Country
horses for some time and Blue Moon joined another Cross Country bred blue-eyed
buckskin, Cross Country Tequila Sunrise, in our breeding line up. He has several
generations of Cross Country breeding in his pedigree. He is a grandson of Lazy
N Red Boy, and great grandson of Rowdy. Lazy N Red Boy's get include a
significant number of National, Grand, and Reserve Champions. His sire, Cross
Country The Wizard, is a bay tobiano pinto. His dam, Cross Country Miss Amy, is
a spectacular buckskin tobiano pinto. Miss Amy has had an impressive show
career, and is the daughter of the stunning award winning Cross Country's Rowdys
Reflection. Blue Moon is a rich, deep buckskin color, with black eyeliner around
both beautiful blue eyes. He is a wonderful, refined stallion that we think will
be an added bonus to our breeding program. Blue Moon is the quality of stallion
sought after for the show ring, with excellent leg to body proportions. His
coloration is balanced, with just the right amount of chrome to attract
attention. He has tested homozygous for tobiano pinto therefore he can never
have a solid foal no matter what mare he is bred toWe hope one day to cross Blue
Moon's foals with All That Jazz's foals for some spectacular offspring. Our
thanks to Belinda Bagby for allowing us to acquire this handsome stallion.
Blue Moon tested
Homozygous for the Tobiano Pinto gene, and negative for the Frame Overo (LWO)
gene. He tested negative for the Splashed White gene at UC Davis.
His pedigree includes: Cross

This
is a proud stallion that has lots of Pizzazz! A look in the dictionary under
"Pizzazz" yields the following description; "Dazzling style; flamboyance;
flair". An apt description of this stunning stallion! His body is dotted with an
unusual combination of deep mahogany red and black calico patches, trimmed with
a jet black tail, ears, and forelock, with patches of jet black in his mane. The
calico patches also occur on his great grand dam, Van Los Angel In Calico, who
is one of our broodmares. His great grand sire, Sugar Creek Bolero, a black
tobiano splashed white tovero pinto with blue eyes, was our beloved herd sire
here for many years. His sire is Pacific Mad Hatter, a black frame splashed
white tobiano tovero pinto stallion with blue eyes, who has an ultra-refined
Thoroughbred - type body and elegant movement. His dam is Easterbrooks Dream
About Me, a bay splashed white tobiano tovero mare with blue eyes. Both sire and
dam are negative for the Sabino (sb1) gene. We think Pizzazz may carry a sabino
gene that we cannot test for at this time. Combined with his stunning color, is
a floating movement which he gets from his sire. Add his incredible pedigree to
this stallion and you have one impressive package! Pizzazz has been tested and
is homozygous for the Tobiano Pinto gene (he will always have a pinto foal no
matter what mare he is bred to). He was also found to carry the Splashed White
gene. His eye catching, flashy color and patterns is sure to turn heads, and
with his combination of pinto genes, he is a goldmine for breeding. We plan to
breed Pizzazz to a select group of our brood mares in 2012.
He has been
tested and is homozygous for the Tobiano pinto gene (he will always have a pinto
foal no matter what mare he is bred to), and negative for the Frame (LWO) pinto
gene. He was tested at U.C. Davis and
found to carry the Splashed
White SW-1 gene.
His pedigree includes:
